Hello, I'm Seungcheol Lee from SuitdiO.

After completing usability testing, we've been engaged in intense discussions. This was the first week of pivoting from our goal of reducing decision-making resources to reducing AI adoption resources.

After pondering how users could naturally use AI, we decided to build it directly into the system.

Seeing myself constantly keeping Cursor open while developing, I became convinced that AI shouldn't be a separate app but should be seamlessly integrated into the workflow. So this time, we completely overhauled everything from the toolbar to the design.

We still have a long way to go, but I hope you'll watch how SuitdiO evolves to lower AI adoption costs!

AI Chat 💬

We finally added AI Chat to the right sidebar!
When you're stuck while working on boards or need ideas, just ask the AI right away. No need to switch tabs separately.

Improve 🌱

• Repositioned the toolbar in line with our pivot direction.

• Added several AI tools.

• Improved the right sidebar (RSB) design.

• Improved the recent board list on the Home screen.

Bug Fix 🐜

• Fixed tutorial arrow errors.

• Unified the inconsistent layout.

👋 Closing Thoughts

This week I really lived glued to Cursor. Experiencing firsthand how AI integrates into a developer's workflow, I thought, "Ah, this is exactly the experience we need to create."

After pondering every night until late, "How can we make AI usage more natural?", the answer turned out to be simple. Making it so users can use AI without being conscious of it. So this time we completely overhauled the UI/UX.

While this is still the first step for our AI features, we plan to implement rapidly and grow it into an increasingly smarter AI partner. Each piece of your feedback becomes fuel that makes our AI smarter.
