Hello, I'm Seungcheol Lee from SuitdiO.
Over the past 2 weeks, I conducted in-depth interviews with 7 customers. During this process, I spent a lot of time thinking about concepts that resonate with them and focused on identifying the essential conditions for individuals to use our service in their work. We ultimately concluded that sharing functionality and understanding work context are key, leading us to significantly update the sharing feature this week.
We also improved the tutorial to address the biggest weakness known as the onboarding process. Although we couldn't focus much time on development this week due to office relocation, we were able to achieve satisfying results.

The entire team can now focus better in our newly relocated, comfortable environment. Although development time was limited this week due to the move, we were able to make meaningful updates based on insights gained from customer interviews.
The sharing feature in particular is a core functionality that many have been waiting for. Now personal thought organization has become shareable. We will continue to prioritize developing features that are essential in real work environments.
Starting next week, we'll continue development with greater momentum in our new environment. SuitdiO will continue pushing forward.

Hello, I'm Seungcheol Lee from SuitdiO.
We've finally completed language support, which received the most feature requests! While not technically difficult, it was quite a meticulous task. We've built a system that allows easy expansion to various languages from different countries in the future.
Being able to utilize AI responses well is SuitdiO's key strength. Through interviews and user testing, we frequently observed that users couldn't immediately utilize content just by dragging it as-is. Now you can manage responses by pasting only parts or pasting the whole thing and then splitting it. This update enables much more practical AI utilization!
Split (Note) ✂️
Want to use only specific parts of long AI-generated content or request modifications? Now you can select desired points in note widgets to split content into separate widgets.
Language Support (Korean/English) 🌍
Finally, you can now use SuitdiO conveniently in Korean as well. When you change the language in settings, the entire interface switches to your selected language.
We're also planning support for Japanese, Chinese, and other languages in the future.

Improved the registration process to be more simple and intuitive.
Resolved inconveniences that occurred during Google Drive integration process.

We've been using a converted studio apartment as our office, but we've finally found a new office space and will be moving next week! I'm excited to develop with more focus in a wider, more comfortable environment.
We're also actively working on concept planning for market entry. We should be able to introduce SuitdiO with a new concept as early as next week or at the latest the week after. You'll be able to meet a different side of SuitdiO than before.
With language support, more people can now use SuitdiO. We'll continue listening to your voices and creating better services.

Hello, I'm Seungchul Lee from SuitdiO.
While boards are suitable for decompositioning, structuring, and expanding ideas, actual problem-solving work is often done in Excel. Therefore, we've added a table format that leverages the Excel experience. Now SuitdiO has become a service that better maintains existing experiences and allows various tasks to be performed on tables!
This past week, we had numerous external meetings that provided an opportunity to reflect on SuitdiO. I was pleased to have our past efforts recognized as not being in vain, and we received high-quality feedback that led to intense contemplation about SuitdiO's future.
Most importantly, although they are customers who are also acquaintances, two customers made their first payments, captivated by the AI result management feature. It felt strange to have someone pay money to use SuitdiO. While there are still many areas for improvement, we'll repay you with rapid updates.

Until now, we've focused on creating macroscopic systems, but starting next week, we plan to focus on targeting and targeting features to prepare for market entry. We'll work to become a SuitdiO that can provide direct utility going forward. We expect to primarily target business planning and marketing planning.
This week, we were able to meet and talk with two types of customers.
Global Sales, 20s, Male
We met with a 3rd-year global sales employee. His main duties involve contract and schedule management, and since he needs to work based on references, he revealed difficulties in finding and managing company-wide materials. While he only used translation features for his main work, he used it for 4 weeks to organize thoughts in one place when assigned to a project.
He most frequently used the feature to request translations with various nuances, applying only parts or comparing combinations.
He urgently requested a feature to classify and manage AI chat rooms (threads).
He also requested company email integration features other than Gmail.
Separately, he felt the necessity for a feature to organize collected materials into a usable state.
Dermatology Clinic, 20s, Female
We met with a clinic director whose hospital opened recently. With a small staff, she handles consultation, customer management, marketing, and website management in addition to medical treatment - a startup-like work atmosphere. She was an ideal customer who actively adopts AI to handle many tasks.
She cited the ability to embed and organize marketing reports and website outsourcing sites as an advantage.
We concluded our discussion with her considering adoption if sharing features are developed.
She stated she would positively consider adoption because using SuitdiO is more economical than paying for AI services separately.
Additionally, she provided 25 feature improvements/error feedback over 3 days.
This week, I particularly felt the difficulty of onboarding. We recruited designers twice since June, but couldn't work together due to poor fit. Next week, we'll also focus on recruiting designers and frontend developers.

I think the template feature has significantly lowered SuitdiO's entry barrier. Now instead of worrying "I don't know how to start," you can have the pleasant concern of "Which template should I start with?"
With the admin system built, template addition speed will be much faster going forward. We're preparing templates for various fields like marketing plans, project management, and study notes.
