Putting the pain of our last test behind us, I've returned with renewed determination to grow step by step. Today at lunch, I conducted an offline usability test with a prospective startup PM. In just two tests, we found our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)!!
SuitdiO's ICP has the following characteristics: 1. Do they consistently keep records? 2. Do they work on tasks requiring precise planning? 3. Have they paid for mind mapping or whiteboard services? 4. (Bonus) Do they feel uncomfortable with existing AI usability?
I provided a simple Fermi estimation problem as a test task, but they voluntarily used the service thoroughly for an hour and a half, saying they wanted to organize their thoughts.
I quietly watched them use SuitdiO to organize a new business plan and write OKRs. New bugs were discovered, but the process itself made me "happy."
Since we're still in the testing phase, SuitdiO will keep pushing forward until we can properly deliver the service's value.
Thank you.
