Hello, I'm Seungcheol Lee from SuitdiO.
We're finally opening our CBT starting tomorrow. The past 3 weeks of usability testing flew by in a whirlwind. Feature development, bug fixes, interviews... my body was exhausted, but thinking about customers using the service, I didn't even realize I was tired. I'm excited to see how solid our service will become as we meet new customers.
We received lots of feedback that while the service feels good once you use it, it's hard for first-time users to understand the features. Until now, we've invested heavily in feature development and system stabilization. With CBT approaching, this update focuses on features that make usability easy to learn!!!
We'll continue making SuitdiO easy to master.
Super hero landing!
I was embarrassed not having a landing page during testing. We've created a landing page so anyone first encountering our service can understand its core features.

Redesigned the home screen to browse recent boards, update notes, and basic usage
Customers who've used the service for 3+ days said it wasn't easy to follow update content
Now you can easily check update content on the home screen
Going forward, we'll greet you with various content including announcements and insights, not just update notes

A picture is worth a thousand wordsโrather than lengthy explanations, we provide representative example data
Structured pages to test service core features and various functions, making it possible to intuitively understand and practice with the service

Prepared cheat sheets for those who struggle to remember shortcuts and features
Checked and strengthened tooltips to ensure they don't disappear
Also improved empty sidebars to show feature usage instructions
Now you can view PDFs and images in the left sidebar too
We're working on supporting various file types and free widget usageโplease wait a bit longer!

Now you can move viewport with wheel + drag and R-click + Drag, not just space + drag
Now you can resize by grabbing edges, not just corners

cmd + S โถ๏ธ Save content with shortcut
cmd + A โถ๏ธ Select all widgets

R โถ๏ธ Open results window in top bar (reflecting feedback that previous \ was confusing and far)
Q โถ๏ธ Improved FitView margins to prevent blocking by top/bottom bars
Added file upload button to bottom bar to nudge file uploads
Fixed error where group size information wasn't saving
Fixed error where text and group widgets were unintentionally created in top/bottom bars
Fixed error where top/bottom bars were double-clicked in special situations
Fixed error where unnecessary margins appeared at bottom of text widgets
Removed unnecessary scroll exposure on home screen
Fixed error where left sidebar width couldn't be adjusted
Fixed error where arrows blocked files
Fixed image resize errors
Fixed arrow multiple creation errors
Fixed errors occurring during multi-selection
Fixed error where widgets couldn't be modified after board conversion
Fixed error where top bar menu opened but didn't auto-close
๐ฎ SuitdiO Prioritizes Customer Voice
Request needed features or report issues!
Or... how about participating in a poll?
Over the past 3 weeks, I conducted usability tests with 22 people. From 40 minutes to 3 hours, averaging about 1 hour of dense customer voice gathering. Embarrassingly, we discovered over 200 bugs, but through 120 updates, we fixed 80% of bugs and added 50 large and small features.
Now it's time to break out of our shell and meet real customers through CBT. I feel like a baby blackbird that must leave the nest. I worry about not being able to fly and falling, but I'm also excited about the adventures that await in the new world. Yesterday's trials didn't break us, today's trials didn't break us. How could tomorrow's trials possibly break us?
Behind me, just a figurehead, are colleagues who've struggled together for 5 months, making it possible to dream. I'd like to express infinite gratitude through this opportunity:
Alex, who contributed full-stack development from data, AI modeling, backend to frontend
Gyo, who designed complex board systems and innovative usability experiences even without design
Choolee, who joined late but quickly integrated into the team and had the most conversations with customers
While it's not yet the perfect service customers want, we've at least equipped the service's core features. We'll prove our service with customer data, targeting Global Launch on June 1st.
SuitdiO will continue pushing forward. Thank you.

Curious about SuitdiO's philosophy or inner stories?
How about a cup of coffee? I worry a lot about recruiting teammates these days.
Developers/designers who want to change the world together based on quick execution are also welcome.
